Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all coaching services provided by Shariq Hussain ("Coach") to any individual or organization (“the client”). These terms constitute the contract governing the services provided by Coach to the client. The term ‘coaching’ as used herein encompasses assistance with various topics, exam preparation, subject tuition, smart lecture design, career counseling, personal coaching, and business coaching for clients. Where applicable, coaching also includes mentoring or supervision services provided for coaches or others.

In consideration for the fees payable by the client (or by a third party on their behalf), Coach agrees to provide the services as described below and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein. The client agrees to remit fees for the services on the terms and conditions specified below. In cases where a third party covers the fees, that third party is considered an agent acting on behalf of the client.

Payment Terms:

1. All fees and charges are payable in advance.
2. To initiate scheduled coaching sessions, clients must book a minimum of 20 hours per student in advance. These sessions will be scheduled within twenty days, with a minimum of two hours per day.
3. Availability of the same schedule is not guaranteed after ten hours of coaching have been utilized, or if the next ten hours are not booked in advance by the last coaching session.

Cancellation Policy:

4. Clients must cancel scheduled sessions by sending a direct SMS or WhatsApp message to Coach's cell phone. Cancellations will be subject to the following charges:
   • Cancellation 48 hours prior: 50% of the total hours booked per day.
   • Cancellation within 24 hours: 100% of the total hours booked per day.
   • Cancellation within 02 hours: 150% of the total scheduled hours for that day will be charged.
   • Upon visit without prior cancellation: 200% of the total hours booked per day plus visiting charges.
   • If an online session is cancelled after it has commenced, 200% of the total scheduled hours for that day will be charged.

Service Delivery:

5. Coaching sessions will commence immediately upon agreement. The duration of coaching shall be determined by the Coach, commencing from the agreed start time and concluding when the Coach determines that the coaching session has ended.
6. Home tuition coaching will not be conducted via telephone, email, WhatsApp messenger, webcam, or any other means without a personal meeting.

Liability and Termination:

7. The client acknowledges that the Coach shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses, or damages incurred during or following the provision of coaching services. This includes but is not limited to travel costs, telephone charges, exam failure, or expenditure on additional materials.
8. The Coach reserves the right to terminate coaching services at any time, for any reason. In the event of premature termination, the Coach will determine any applicable refund to the client.

General Provisions:

9. Visiting charges, hourly fees, and the terms outlined herein are subject to periodic review, and the Coach reserves the right to modify them at any time without prior notice.
